Honey Soy Chicken
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenders
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
5 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper salt and pepper to taste, if need
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a 9×11″ pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken tenders on top of the foil-lined pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt and pepper if needed.
Flip the chicken over, then continue to bake for 15-20 more minutes.
Remove from over and serve with white rice and stir-fry vegetables.
